Group Therapy

Our social groups provide a safe, inclusive, and neurodiverse-affirming environment where children can explore communication and social skills in ways that feel natural and empowering for them.

Each session is tailored to celebrate each child’s strengths and interests, helping them be themselves while learning new skills. In these groups, children work on meaningful goals such as advocating for themselves, expressing their needs and ideas confidently, and engaging with peers in ways that feel comfortable and enjoyable. They also practice collaboration and problem-solving, develop confidence in communication, build emotional awareness and regulation, and form genuine friendships through shared interests and cooperative activities.

Held in our large, vibrant space, sessions combine structured activities with playful exploration, allowing children to move, play, and interact in ways that feel right for them. These groups are designed not only to teach important social and communication skills but also to empower children to communicate, connect, and thrive on their own terms.
