Join Our Team!

Harmony Speech Therapy is growing, and we’re looking for passionate, collaborative, and client-centered SLPs to join our expanding team!

We have multiple positions available, and each role is designed with flexibility in mind—you can work as much or as little as suits your lifestyle. Whether you're seeking a casual, part-time, or full-time opportunity, we’ve got you covered.

You'll have the option to work across a variety of settings, including school contracts, home visits, and virtual sessions. And with our new clinic location opening soon, there will be even more chances to provide in-person services—if that’s your thing! We're all about building roles that work for you, so you can shape your schedule and caseload in a way that feels best for you.

Who We Are

Harmony Speech Therapy is a small, values-driven private practice based in the Lower Mainland, BC. We serve both pediatric and adult clients in the community, in schools, homes, and online. Our mission is to provide warm, evidence-based, and personalized speech-language services that empower clients and families.

We Offer

  • Flexible scheduling

  • Competitive hourly compensation

  • Funding for professional development and CE courses

  • Opportunities for growth as the practice expands

  • A supportive, collaborative environment

  • Freedom to bring your own style and expertise

In addition to welcoming Speech-Language Pathologists, we are excited to expand our team to include Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) and volunteers.

  • Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)

We are looking for dedicated SLPAs to work directly with clients in 1:1 sessions and to support our growing social communication groups. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience, connect with families, and make a meaningful impact while working closely with our SLPs.

  • Volunteers

We are also seeking enthusiastic volunteers to help with the planning and running of our social groups. Volunteers play a key role in creating a warm, supportive environment where children can practice their communication skills, build friendships, and grow in confidence. If you’re passionate about communication, love working with children and families, and want to be part of a supportive and innovative practice, we’d love to hear from you!

If you're interested in joining a small but growing team with heart—and building something meaningful together—please reach out!
